The item is amazing, but it was delivered without being kept in a cold place, and it arrived very hot. I’m not sure if it’s still in good condition.

As I receive the moisturizer, it is not sealed and it is spilled on the bottle. Is it normal that it doesn’t have expiration date? Its my first time using neutrogena and there’s no expiration date in the bottle that I received.

This is not 4x as in the picture.

This product ruined my skin. I have dry sensitive skin and thought this would help but instead i got really dry flaky red acne skin. It could be the ingredients in this product. My skin went worst when I stopped using it. Had to use the Cetaphil acne prone foam wash which saved my life.

I have issues with my skin due to illness & being steroid dependant I've tried pretty much everything to ease the dryness & it's not worked THIS DOES!!!!! It's not greasy like a cream doesn't sit on the surface it really goes into your skin I've really noticed a difference & a couple of people have commented on how nice my complexion is I'm 46 so I'm tackling middle age & health issues I'm now going to buy the night time product
