These focus mitts are perfect for Muay Thai and Boxing. Highly recommend more for boxing, but you can do light kicks with the focus mitts (like what we’re doing in the video). Very comfortable on the hands - even when you’re wearing wraps but I prefer holding pads without my hands wrapped as it’s a little more comfortable (for me personally). Great quality mitt, soft to touch but firm!

The T20 focus mitts are great!,, Good inner feel, light, durable, great material and has a great inner hand cup. Love using these especially with my kids. Like other mitts that are solid like a rock these are light and has great padding that won't hurt my kids while using.. The vents and covered fingers are a plus! Great product!
