The book is pretty nice
The book was nice and it did meet my expectations but it is important to know that the book is pretty small in breadth and height and the words are written in a very tiny font.

Little Women is one of my favorite classics! I've been searching for a decent copy of this book, and this Penguin English Library edition is just perfect for me.

Smeared and stained
The copy i received was worn-out, stained with random black ink on the edges of the pages. The cover was also damaged at the ends. That's what I get for the cheap price but still it shouldn't have been torn 😕 I've read the story in my school library a long time ago but I wanted to own a copy of my own thats why i bought this. I guess i have to replace it with a new copy bought from a store instead of entrusting amazon for it. Story is great and a classic masterpiece tho

Best classic
Thrilled to have found this one that matches several other classics like Jo’s Boys by Louisa May Alcott. Great story line but prepare yourself for a LONG read. Touches on all the emotions. Daughter is reading it for a book report.
