These seem to give me a bit more energy. I feel tired during the winter months in Michigan. These work well for me. A powdered formula in a capsule. Good quality. Easy to swallow once I roll the capsule in my mouth a bit to soften the gelatin cap.

I am in my 40s and from a couple of months I was feeling dullness in my skin, hair, nails. So much fatigue all the time, mood swings etc etc.. I was definitely looking to add some multi vitamins in my diet but was not sure of any. I came across this product, read through many reviews and ordered. The package came super fast. I started taking as 2 capsules daily ( one each morning and evening after meal) and I was amazed with the results. Just with 10 days, if not a week, I started feeling so much better. I am not feeling tired so soon.. laziness, fatigue are all gone.. After 2 weeks I reduced the dose to 1 capsule a day as I was feeling much better. I have just finished this one file of 60 capsules and my hair, nails, skin all feel so much better. On the other note- I felt constipated in the initial days of having these multi vitamin, but that is me with any supplements, lol! Note- I am not a doctor or physician and I am just sharing how did I like this multivitamin. 5 stars from me!!

I started taking this product about a month ago so may not be long enough to see true results. After reading many comments I purchased this in hopes to support my gut and improve my overall health. I just can’t get past the taste. It has such a strong garlic taste. And I like garlic but it’s just something about it makes me want to gag. Does cause upset stomach and nausea if taken on an empty stomach. Drink lots of water while taking this as well! But if you can get past the such strong garlic taste and smell these are the vitamins for you lol

Ive have been taking this (1 capsule/day) for 2 weeks, it gives me focus like I'm on caffeine. But after a couple of days it starts giving me headaches and pimples. It does have strong garlic taste, didn't bother me tho.

Las estado tomando por unas semanas y si puedo sentir más energía y concentración , lo único que si tomo dos cápsulas al día me estriñen , pero solo empecé a tomar una al día para poder ir al baño
