Q: Why is customer service now telling me that my 5 month old camera that just quit, is only compatible with zosi dvr's?

Mines never worked. FAke camera app does not even pick it up. yes my wifi working. no response from the company.

Q: How can i get cables that are longer than 60ft? Pls post the link to order them.

you can get cables to 300 feet but as im learning the longer the bigger power supply

I don't like it.I don't have a choice I have to keep it.Poor resolution. Color quality is under Zero!The sells person email me to replace my shipping address it's has been almost five months.Nothing shipped from the seller. fox please be careful there are some bad Apple's out there.
