The book has alot of information and it's easy to follow recipes are really easy to make and various variable available for my little one. It came quick, well packaged and brand-new. Definitely recommend this, it's super helpful. Especially for a new mom's, like me.

This is great book to get started and give you the confidence, especially as I am a first time mum. So yes the first set of recipes are just mashed/pureed bananas and carrots, so yes don't need a book really for that, but was great to give ideas which veg to start with and then the recipes get more complicated with stock, herbs and spices. As move on, will start to adapt my main meals to have less salt, so can just blend a small portion of ours, to save cooking separate meals all the time. But would highly recommend this book to get you started.
