NOW is one of those companies that is typically a hit or miss when it comes to their products’ effectiveness and quality. Needless to say, every body is different and will react differently to the same supplements/medicine. Milk Thistle is a powerful medicine. With a high % of sylmarrin you can undeniably tell that NOW’s milk thistle gets the job done when i don’t have the time to measure out my powdered extract from LM. It’s convenient and my liver is in great shape despite my not-so-great lifestyle and poorly managed intake. Alongside NAC and you’ll have a powerhouse for preventing livertox.
