5915 Carboy Brush, Silver

It is longer than expected but fits into my wide mouth bottles easily for cleaning. The angle cleans all those corners and sides that are normally hard to reach. I use it to clean bottles that I use for making vinegar, fermented vegetables, and Kefir. It works very well, although the length of the handle is longer then necessary for my bottles, but it is worth it.

Used to clean out my five-gallon bottles. Labor intensive, but works great.

Excellent it arrived on time in a good package. Surprising how big it is when you first get it, but you will see how small it is when you clean your fermenter the first time, Works excellent love it !

If you have a carboy in your culinary arsenal, you gotta get one of these! I have both 3 and 5 gallon carboys, and use this brush to clean both of them. The metal bound bristles keep a shape you bend into them well enough, and can offer lots of abrasion in places you'll never get a strong jet of water. Easy to use, and easy to clean afterwards.

A bit higher on the price range compared to other places. Some discoloration, but it cleans well.

Heavy duty handle and large brush size works and fits great for my 6.5 gallon glass carboys.For the past year, I figured I'd save a few dollars in supplies and find ways to clean them without using these brushes. After using it once and seeing how quick and easy it made things, I regret not getting one sooner.

There are no bristles on the tip of this brush exactly where they are needed the most.The larger photograph is fraudulent. The small photograph when you try to blow it up becomes a different photograph which is a photograph of a completely different product that has bristles on the tip.The bristles on the rest of the brush are cheap and flimsy and sparse. Very disappointing.

This does exactly what I bought it for, cleans the dried on yeast from my cider carboys. It does spray a little pulling it back out of the smaller-then-the-bristles hole, but I just wrap a towel around the opening while pulling it out and it's fine. Don't expect to bend it easily though, very stiff metal, but that helps in the scrubbing process.
