This feels a little thick on the skin, but the orange scent is really lovely. Not an everyday cleanser.

I have oily & blemish prone skin and recently decided to try the Andalou Naturals brand, as I’m very into clean beauty and non toxic living. I was using clean brands prior to this as well. I switched all my products at once, and bought their clear skin cleanser, clear skin toner, brightening vitamin C serum, and clear skin moisturizer. I’m using the products in that exact order, twice a day. Wow!!! What a difference. My skin has never felt so healthy and it’s less inflamed than ever. I’d still say that managing stress, emotional healing, and healthy nutrition has made the biggest difference to my skin… more than skincare, however skincare is still important and these products are amazing. Over the last year or two I’ve avoided using products marketed for oily or acne prone skin as they are usually too harsh, destroy the skin’s barrier, and make the problem worse — instead opting for sensitive skin ranges, which has kept irritation / inflammation mostly at bay, but hasn’t helped with clogged pores and oiliness. However, I took a chance on the clear skin line since none of the ingredients seemed excessively harsh. It’s just what my oily and textured skin needed! Keeps inflammation at bay while also addressing my skin type. I haven’t had any breakouts from these products. Just my usual few hormonal cysts through the month - but these shrunk A LOT faster than usual... within a day I’d say (normally take a few days). I definitely have less clogged pores now too. The products smell fantastic - especially the vit C serum. It’s like aromatherapy combined with skincare. I’m currently reviewing this as the weather gets colder so the above routine works well for me, but I do think in the summer I’d only need the serum after toning, as I’m super oily and the serum is definitely on the hydrating end for my oily skin. The combination of a hydrating serum & moisturizer may be too much depending on your oil production, but as the weather gets cold, I’m liking it. I don’t need much of either. I could definitely get away with just using the moisturizer alone as that would be plenty of hydration for me even in cold weather, however I’m trying to fade dark spots, hence the serum. I do exfoliate a couple times a week with another brand’s lactic acid rinse off wash in the shower and that’s all the exfoliating I need to stay smooth. Less is more with exfoliation as I learned the hard way… All in all my skin is looking so healthy and clear. Andalou naturals was the last piece of the puzzle for glowing skin. As someone who has dealt with acne for 15+ years I’m finally experiencing life without it due to inner healing and well-formulated skincare. Thank you Andalou Naturals!!!
