Corporate Finance Workbook: A Practical Approach

Reviews here are not really for this workbook, but they go with the texbook related to this workbook. I really don't like it when amazon links reviews of related products when they are not the same. The reason why I am giving it such a bad rating is because this workbook is totally useless. My professor put this on a list so I bought it without checking contents. It is more expensive than the book. The content is EXACTLY the same as the textbook's back of the chapter questions put together in one book. That's all. I have a textbook with all those questions, why would I have a separate book repeating the very same questions? Total waste of money!

The book is very well priced and informative. Great help if you plan to sit for the CFA 1 and/or have a Corporate Finance class. It’s the CFA Institute Series, so its quite good.

It is still OK for my own reference

A good book to refresh all inportant topics under CFA. Covers all the basics one needs.

This detailed text expounds on the concepts and theories that the practice of which are important to investors and other corporate business minded people. The degree of information related requires background knowledge and some experience with advanced terminology. I highly recommend this book for those well versed in business and who are looking for the extra edge information can provide. I chose this text as a capstone to my personal learning prior to going for my Masters degree. I was impressed and would not have chosen a different work.

The book gives were detailed information about the subject matter along with numerous examples of definations and problem solving step for by for greater understanding. I would recommend this book.

Nice book. Very comprehensive insight on corporate governance and finance.A lot of practical examples to illustrate the theory.Theoretical summary is very handy, and there are also some exercises to solve in the end of each chapter.
