Re: Not for use with Arlo. UPDATE
Update 1/26/22. Found I had an issue with one of my Arlo Cameras battery life Indicator. Reinserted these and no issues.. These batteries are lasting comparable to SureFire and Temps have been well below freezing the past month. Changed to 5 stars. Some reviews were left indicating these are good for use with Arlo outdoor cameras. I swapped these out or 5 cameras and within a week they have started showing 80%. Perhaps they are not as compatible as other brands on the accuracy of the battery life or they actually are draining faster - not good in either case. I typically use SureFire or Duracell Procell with each lasting roughly 6 months through summer heat and winter cold and generally limited nighttime use only. Will go back to those brands.

Energizer batts for Arlo - settings in cams are key
These are the best CR-123 batteries out there if you're operating Arlo cams-I'm primarily responding to the reviews I have read regarding how their batteries seem to go dead within a day or two, in their Arlo cameras. It's all about the brand of Batts. Energizer has been the only battery that works for my cams.I personally own (the non-rechargeable) Arlo 3cam setup. When I first started using Arlo, I spent over $150 in the first month, before I found a brand (Energizer) that would power my cams somewhat efficiently & economically ( & not have the batteries go 'dead' within 3-4days ). I wish I would've spent the extra money on the Arlo setup, with the rechargeable batteries. My first & biggest mistake...I literally tried every brand out there on Amazon. Very thankful for their 30day money back guarantee.I am certain that occasionally, we(including myself ) may end up with just a 'bad batch' of batteries. Should refer to the date on batteries & package themselves. Also another thing that may contribute to batteries failing within a couple days, is the frigid cold outside temps (or extreme summer heat) this may play a factor. I live in the upper Midwest , where my packages may be exposed to sub zero temps during transit. Or at my mailbox once delivered, if I don't catch my mail when it arrives. So extreme temps may possibly affect the cell life of the batts? I have experimented by placing cold batteries in my cameras (& noted the battery percentage), and then let that same batt warm up to room temp, before putting them back in cams, then got a totally different percentage /reading.Also, when I finally discovered that Energizer was the only one that will keep my cameras powered up the longest( out of every other brand out there), I also had to go in and adjust my sensitivity on my cams ; which if not set reasonably, this will drain your batteries fast. Don't set video on best quality and relating to the night vision option, this will drain batts fast. Setting that to operate only specific hours of the day, will consume Less battery power. Energizer has been the only brand, that has worked for me. I can get roughly 4-5 weeks of power out of each camera, if my settings are adjusted.

True to advertised
I have outdoor security cameras that require batteries, these are by far the best batteries to purchase for all weather use . They last a long time as well,I only have to replace them every 3 to 4 months . I have purchased other batteries but none seem to hold up as well as these.
