Great Christmas gift for my big boy
I was looking for a laptop with great performance, a good screen and no need to upgrade Ram and hard drive. Obviously, this laptop is a good choice for me. It comes with numeric pad and 8GB Memory/256GB SSD, it also provides enough RAM and faster boot SSD. I bought a red one for my boy and a purple one for my girl. The good:1 - This is a very fast laptop with 8GB of memory and 256GB SSD2 - It has a quick charging feature.3 - The keyboard is very good for quick typing.4 - There are lights for the num lock, caps lock and power.5 - It has a DVD drive6- it has Numeric keyboard while nowdays a lot of computer no anymore have numeric keyboard. The not so good: no backlit keyboard.however, For this $300+ laptop, we can’t ask more. If you compare the computers among the same budgets, this is the BEST deal you can find. It is good as a daily computer for shopping, web browsing, YouTube, or student for home work, Microsoft Office.

This Thing Is A Rocket!
Disclaimer: I'm not a geek; I'm a user. Now, the reason for the headline. I have a several years old Dell laptop to compare my wife's brand new Lenovo with. They both are running Windows 10, mine is hardwired to the modem, hers is wireless. Mine runs like a one horse cart, hers charges around like a rocket. She doesn't think so because she was born in the hospital wondering why it took so long for the doctor to get her out of there; she hasn't changed. She could probably operate a Cray supercomputer and call it slow. But maybe not. Optics are great, it certainly has enough resources for what she uses it for. I went online and looked for the "Five Best Laptops On The Market Today". It was #2. It was a good choice.

Reliable Laptop
I like the look and size of this laptop. I ordered the red. It's been a reliable machine for more than 2 years. It's not the fastest laptop on the market but that doesn't bother me because I don't use it for gaming or streaming. I use it for shopping, email, catching up on the news, etc., so it works fine for my purposes.

Very happy great buy
I got my Lenovo laptop today as a replacement for my old laptop that was about 8 years old. I’ve been on it now for a good 6 hours, writing with Scrivener software (purchased separately), and I think the machine runs smoothly and perfectly. I don’t understand the complaints about slowness... this machine has a good processor and the speed is great. I would have to update my review later after streaming any video, but so far so good. The keyboard is like a dream to me — has good bounce for accurate typing, and is the perfect size for my hands (I have large hands and small keyboards annoy me). I don’t mind the coral color, and the design is not too bulky. I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you.

Very Capable Laptop
I replaced my Lenovo 575 with this one (Lenovo 330). The 575 has served me very well over the last 8 years (still working but Windows 7), so I wanted to stick with the brand. The 330 is easy to configure since it does not come with a bunch of bloat-ware. Mine came with the 256GB SSD, and it is fast. If I need more space, I'll connect a 1TB USB. I have added a dual monitor via HDMI without any problems. It comes with a DVD drive for software installs, but you can buy an external DVD for about $35. I love the laptop, and the price ($300). I hope it holds up as well as my previous one.

Awful product and even worse customer service
Product didn't work from day one. I did everything I could to get the computer working with in my power and found out I had an issue with the RAM or needed to do a factory reset but did not have the media drive to do so. When I called Customer service I told them that and I got treated like I was some type of idiot. I was told to turn off and on my computer. When that didn't work they went through everything else I did and came to the same conclusion I did. They suggested that I down load the media drive but I could not do it due to the computer getting the blue screen of death everytime I tried to install anything on my computer. When I called back a second time I told them I had a claim number and that was ignored and I had to go through 20 minutes of trouble shooting that was unnecessary. The technician then told me that I would need to take it to one of their service partners and get it fixed. They also told me I could find them online at an address that doesn't exist. I ended up finding the site via google and found d the nearest provider was 175 miles away. I called them to make sure they were still open during the pandemic to find out that they serviced the tablets not the computers. The provider would have to ship the computer to lenova at my expense for $75. The 2nd nearest provider was 300 miles away so I called Lenova again and was treated like an idiot and had to go through 20 minutes of needless trouble shooting after telling them again I had a claim number. I asked if I could just ship it from home and was told that they just don't do that and they suggested I go to Best Buy they work on their computers and I might have better luck. Why It wasn't listed was beyond me. I drove 50 miles to Best Buy and was told they do service Lenova Computers but only the ones bought from their location. I called Lenova again and was treated like an idiot and had to go through 20 minutes of needless trouble shooting after telling them again I had a claim number. This time I talked to a manager and after explaining everything to her they agreed to have a technician come to me and fix it and I was told I would hear from her/him in 3 business days. 7 days went by and I called Lenova and was treated like an idiot and had to go through 20 minutes of needless trouble shooting after telling them again I had a claim number. This time I found out the technician was waiting on parts and that was why he did not call. He would be calling me shortly. I was also instructed to download an APP that doesn't exist and upload a picture of my computer. 1 day later I got a text saying a technician would be out to service my computer on 22 Dec 20. I sat around all day waiting on a technician to show up only to find out he would not be able to show up that day and I would need to make myself available for the 23 Dec 20. I called Lenova on the 22nd and told them that the 23 would not work and I needed it scheduled for the 28th of December. I was assured everything was fixed and the technician would be notified. I received a text on the 23rd saying your technician is on the way and I needed to be available to so that they could provide the service. I called Lenova and was told that the technician was on they way and there was nothing they could do and I would just need to adjust my schedule to accomidate them. Luckily the technician called me directly and I was able to reschedule and I did not have to deal with Lenova directly. If your looking for a computer take my advice and go else where.
