This pillow was designed by chiropractors to help align the slign and body during sleep. It is filled with hypoallergenic polyester fill. It has two straps on either side so you can also use it to rest your head.

Just ok....
Not as firm as I need it to be. Smaller than a previous one I purchased. Something in the material irritated my neck as well. Disappointed in this product...

Poor quality
The polyester fill began working it's way out of the pillow within hours. Didn't effect the function, just wasn't aesthetically pleasing. It is VERY firm, I found it to be uncomfortable between my knees. I returned it.

Nice and firm without being uncomfortable - holds its shape extremely well. Appreciate the loop which allows me to carry or attached to carry-on luggage when I travel. Would like to have a couple more pillows in different colors.
