I'm 5'6 and weigh 185-190 lbs. I am large in the stomach but smaller in legs / butt. I bought size 18 and they actually fit me great. I think if I had more butt they would be too small.

Q: Are these high waisted?

Extremely and they do not hold anything tight so it looks weird when you sit. They’re two inches under my bra.
