Nice finish; prompt response from customer service
Product is as described. I like that it has a 180 days warranty. In the past I've had similar bracelets where the elastic begins to fray after a while, so I was a bit concerned. COAI's customer service rep advised that they will replace it if something like that happens within the warranty period. I don't know if these are genuine stones; I really hope they are.
