Our dog absolutely loved this one. We thought it was fun to see how he reacted to a flavor other than the more common ones (chicken, beef, etc.) that dog chew treats usually come in. Turns out, he’s a big fan of venison! It does say this in the name and description, but be aware this is an edible treat…it’s not a long lasting chew toy like you usually see from Nylabone. Don’t be alarmed when your pup starts chewing and swallowing pieces of this one!

Our dog is 2 and a Bluetick Coonhound misled with a Blackmouth Cur. She has destroyed furniture to wear we had to toss it out. She can't have any fabric in her crate or any rope toys as she has already had a life saving emergency surgery that cost $3k. She loves to chew. So I thought, this was in the vets guidelines as it is a Nylabone. It is supposed to be durable. My dog ate this in less than 5 minutes. When she received it, I happened to look at the clock and when I realized she finished it, only 5 minutes had passed. So the good thing is she loved it. The bad news is it didn't last long. So if you have a determined chewers, this would be considered a treat rather than a chew toy.

I guess it depends what your definition of "long lasting" is because my dog ate this very quickly.

MY DOG LOVES THEM BUT THEY ARE OVERPRICED. I ORDERED ONE 30 DAY SUPPLY AND THEY SENT THREE BOXES AND CHARGED 173. AND CHANGE. IT WAS A GOOD THING I HAD THE MONEY IN THE BANK OR IT WOULD HAVE BOUNCED 2 TIMES . I WILL NOT DO ANYMORE BUSINESS WITH THEM SO BEWARE

They must taste good, because my 11 month old beagle mix puppy inhaled 1/4 of it in 10 minutes. I had to take it away. I purchased it because it said long lasting. Hoping it would last at least a week. Unfortunately this is not cost effective to purchase in the future.

I bought two of these. Opened the package, handed one to my 55lb dog. He dropped it on the floor and it broke in half. I didn't feel safe giving it to him, so that's a waste. I gave him the whole second one and went to make dinner. 15 minutes, and he had eaten the entire thing. I thought it would be a little longer lasting than that. Hoping there aren't any tummy incidents.

Definitely not long lasting as advertised. I have a lab and it was gone in 2 minutes. And I was worried about the size of the chunks she was biting off and swallowing, so I threw out the last piece of the end. I checked the package and it says to supervise the dog while chewing to make sure they don't swallow big chunks, I would really love to know how on earth you would stop that from happening?

I bought these Nylabone Healthy Edibles Natural Venison for my 2 German Shepherds puppies who are 4 months they devoured them in 30 minutes. Great treat, but not long lasting.

Great product, really good quality

My dog loved it unfortunately it didn't last more than around 10 mins my dog is a machine!! But I don't mind buying it once in a while since he plows through it. A normal dog it would probably last longer!

Great product, wish they were prime delivery and bigger pack sizes

I was hoping this product would have been longer lasting for a chew that cost $8.99Don't get me wrong, my Boxer loved it but he smashed it within minutes. Nothing against the flavor. Doggo was excited, parading it and running around the house with it. Till he settled in and got through it within minutes. I was actually kinda shocked how fast he was able to smash it.Too bad was hoping that we'd get a day or 2 out of it lolFor the cost I'd say not worth itI'd buy it again but has to be cheaper
