I always buy this for baking my cake. It makes more easier to make it fluffy / chiffons cake.

These Cream of Tartar satchels are perfect to keep handy and store easy and are great for emergencies. I prefer a tub as opposed to the satchels as it more economical. I recommend purchasing this product when on sale.

I purchased this cream of tartar to bake. It works perfectly in recipes that call for stabilising egg whites, I used it for meringues. The powder is fine, pure white, and clump-free. It smells fresh / tangy and blends easily with other ingredients. No strange aftertaste, which I’ve had from cheaper brands. Comes in a well-sealed, easy-to-store. If you only use it occasionally, the shelf life is long as long as you store it in a cool, dry place. Value for money and gives a great baking experience.

The only thing that I would like to see with this product is for it to be available in various sizes
