This black garlic is incredibly delicious and good for you! Sweet! You can purchase a 5.5oz container of peeled black garlic from the manufacturer for $10.99 which is $2/oz and the price here on amazon of $68.35 for 16 ounces is $4.27/oz. Usually Amazon offers great prices so I am wondering if this is a typo? Maybe you get two 16oz packages????

The flavor of this black garlic does not begin to compare to other brands that I have tried, and it took forever to get it. I love the other brands of black garlic I have tried and was looking forward to getting this. I was extremely disappointed and will not order this product again.

Delicious little black garlic cloves, very earthy and sweet tasting. I have 3 cloves a day and just chew and swallow them . No aftertaste and apparently exceptionally healthy

It's too early to review if the garlic is working as expected. The taste is good and no side effects so far.

We buy this monthly on subscription. It tastes great and it’s fantastic to cook with and since my daughter started eating a clove of it daily, starting last October 2024 she hasn’t had her reoccurring throat infections, cold or any type of mucus buildup since and we are now into March 2025. My husband and I cook with it daily and I really believe it helps with keeping our immune systems strong. We looked into making our own and considering how much time and effort goes into the process I can honestly say this is excellent value for money. Thank you 🙏

Really liked this. I got hooked on black garlic recently after buying a Spanish version, and I snack on a couple of cloves in passing, just to enjoy the flavour. If you've not tried black garlic, it's nothing like fresh garlic - it's somewhat like a soft gummy with a really sweet flavour that has a citrusy acidity and some deep, aromatic notes that are quite addictive. It has none of the pungency of raw garlic and little of that garlic smell. I can imagine it'd be amazing in salads (a Greek salad particularly) or as a garnish, but I'm mainly just snacking on it. This product is a good sized tub with lots of cloves, and it's packaged well. The garlic is nicely-processed and it's just clean cloves, with no papery garlic skin. It's one of those flavours that you hanker after in the middle of the night, and this product is just great. I'll be buying again.
