Q: What is the diameter of the storage rack posts? 1 inch or 2 inch? I’ve got a 1 inch barbell so we need 1 inch.

Fred's answer is correct, 1" with 2" sleeves that fit over. I also have a 1" barbell and the storage posts hold the plates perfectly.

Q: Spotter Arms: Where can we purchase a longer arms? 12 Inches is too short.

You can purchase the longer arms directly at Sunny Health. You have to chat with a rep and they cost like $90 each. Well worth it!

Must Buy for Home Gym

If you want to setup home gym. Don't waste money on those connected benches. This can be used for Bench press, Squats or basically any Barbell exercise standing or lying flat if you have a bench. Buy a good quality bench with it. Build quality is perfect for the price. Very good buy.

Good quality and price

Very good quality, I was afraid that it may move while training with heavy weights, but its amazing how it stable, I train on it squat, bench press, pull-ups, over head press and dead lift. It handle all the heavy weights very well.
