Not for evey vegan
2 stars for the author who seems to be genuinely passionate about her recipes and who did a great job with their presentation. However, I returned the book as the ingredients used for the recipes are too numerous and I am not a fan of coconut milk everywhere.

Tasty, reasonably easy, appealing recipes
I collect vegan cookbooks, but don't make much from most of them. I keep making recipes from this one.I adore the 'golden mylk' recipe; it's perfection. Most of the other recipes I've tried are nice, if a bit too mild - but they've felt like good outcomes from the first time I make a recipe, and there are whole chapters where I'd gladly try everything. The vegan 'cheese' sauce hits so many cheesy notes I'd be worried about what was in it if I hadn't made it myself - not what I'd expect from a base of butternut squash and potatoes! She then gave instructions on how to use it to mac a vegan mac and cheese that had well-cooked pasta, something I haven't seen happen in an instant pot before reading this book. The recipes are fairly easy to follow, well written, seem tested, and have nice pictures that are in line with the real results (instead of including a lot of flourishes with no indication of how to get there). The author uses the instant pot in some unusual ways, and I'm looking forward to trying her dessert recipes from this book.If you want to use an instant pot more or eat more vegan food, get this book.

Changed. My. Life.
Most people don't believe me when I tell them I was raised by a pack of wolves. Sure, New Jersey is mostly suburban, but it has its hiking trails. And what else is a kid supposed to do when he sees something shiny in the distance? I waited until my parents weren't looking and slipped off. I'm sure I don't need to tell you an abandoned shopping cart is only good for about five minutes of entertainment, but that's just long enough for the pack to pick up a scent. Cornered against a concrete highway divider, I had to do what I did best; dole out the belly rubs.Flash forward five years. I am more agile and limber than any fully grown adult and my desire for meat runs deeper than that of Joey Chestnut, setting foot on the Coney Island boardwalk. Animal flesh is my jet fuel, propelling me forward through the forest pulling off sweet jumps over uprooted trees. I never imagined any other way of life. That is, until coming across @rainbowplantlife on instagram. Her pictures were so vibrant and creative, I couldn't help but think, "what other culinary possibilities are out there aside from the blood of my fallen prey?"Stewed lentils, crispy tofu, the list goes on and on. I've cooked my way through half the cookbook so far and have yet to be disappointed! I just wish my wolf-parents could say the same.Awoo.

Fabulous tasting vegan food pronto!!
I’ve been using my instant pot for a couple of years and have cooked meat in it. Eighteen months ago I changed to a totally plant based diet and have found several good instant pot cookbooks and “how to” books. This book has added to my repertoire in a fantastic way. Just brilliant easy to follow recipes. I suggest you get everything weighed it before you start cooking! Also you need to be able to translate some American measurements and substitutes - but it’s easy. Thoroughly recommend this book. Just brilliant.

Lots of ingredients
The photographs in this book are lovely and food looks delicious. For me however many of the ingredient lists were too long some with 20+ or more. Good book if you like adding lots of ingredients but I have returned my copy as I prefer recipes with fewer ingredients.

Best Instant Pot recipe book I have
This book is the best one of all my vegan instant pot recipe books. It uses store cupboard ingredients without the need to go out and specially buy extra things that will only get used once. The only two things that are annoying are firstly, all the measurements are in cups with no equivalent listed, so I find I have to write next to the ones I make, e.g. 220g, secondly there are no times listed, eg prep time & total cook time, so again I am writing this down next to each one I make, but it is quite frustrating when I want to try something new but don't know how long to give myself.
