This zinc actually ended up being really strong for me; the dose is definitely high. If I need to use it in the future, I will need to cut the gummies. As far as taste- absolutely amazing!! This company makes best tasting vitamin gummies I've had as far as flavor and texture go. Love that there's no artificial sweeteners or colors. These are great tasting gummies. But zinc should be balanced with copper. I wish you could make a zinc copper gummy or a separate copper gummy.

My Kids love these! they Taste Great and Help them from getting sick. they immune system loes these. they are a little more on the tougher chewy side, i wouldnt reccomend for younger or some one that has a hard time chewing.
