It's good, just started and yet to see the benefits. The capsule is a little big and difficult to swallow.

Used them for a while. Not sure if I’ve seen any improvement but I didn’t get any worse either so I’ll take it as a win. They are easy to swallow, quite small, they don’t smell like anything as far as I remember, either. Good for joints so if you got the money, a bit too expensive for me, go for it.

I can honestly say they lied on the front easy swallow there 22mm so considering it's saying x3 is the dose its alot to have to take in one go haven't been taking them long enough for results but you can only try can't you il personally say I won't be buying these again due to size especially when same place have exact same product but a lot smaller than the others

Best value for money. Difficult to swallow more than one. Suggest one-at-a-time. Personally taking 3x capsules thrice a day. Been taking for five weeks now, cannot see difference as yet.
