This is exactly what I needed. I suffer from upper back pain and I'm constantly slouching forward, which has resulted in having bad posture. I injured my back often, especially when I go to the gym, because of these problems. This brace is comfortable and pulls my shoulders back providing relief. I can feel a difference in my posture after wearing it for a week. I'm very happy with my purchase.

What a waste of money and terribly uncomfortable. Should have paid attention to the reviews.

This is amazing, straightens you right up, I looked so much better. However, could they have possibly made the shoulder straps any more uncomfortable??!!! I would like to wear this under clothes and the shoulder straps are very rough on the skin around the armpits. They could line them with fleece and I would gladly pay the extra few bucks for a soft brace. Now I have to line it myself. Otherwise, it works but has to be worn over a t-shirt or clothes.

Fantastic everyday wear. I had constant back pain and I was searching for a brace which will be discrete enough so I can wear every day. This one does it. Its high quality construction picture does not show justice to how well made this one is. It very easy to put on and provides constant back pressure against your urge to slouch. After first week of use my back pain has reduced considerably. My range of motion has improved as well.I use it on top of my undershirts ( which I started wearing ) and then wear a simple office shirt. Its hidden inside working all day for you. The strap is strong well constructed and it does not peel out like many other ones are, on contact to velcro. In fact it just sticks to velcro and provides a clean look.

I wish they made an extra small option. The straps are designed in such a way that I could not adjust it for my body.

Excellent support! Very thoughtful (!) design except for.. it's for hippo. OK, I'm small and curved and I've got S/M as a smallest size available. And now, I have to shift their velcro on the belt by at least 10" to get the velcro not missing another velcro and for it to fit me. Moreover, they even kindly provide with extra 2 foot long piece (!) to add to the belt in case if it's not long enough for you! Who is it designed for?!Anyway, it's an excellent piece for people with metabolic syndrome or for those who is just fat for any reason. As to me, I keep it because of its great design but I have to re-sew it. And I hope my message will be seen by the representatives of the company, because they need to do something about it to make their product more versatile since it's obviously worth it...Extra "comment". They write there: "If straps [they are also a belt] aren't long enough, use the extension strap", which is provided. So I've decided to try it and to add it to the already very long straps. It allowed me to wrap them around myself >2.5 times and to squeeze my waist as if I were a wasp, with finally no piece of the belt being hanging down now. I looked at myself in the mirror and was quite satisfied. Of course, it's not for the thin clothes, but for the thick ones it's OK! You may try it too. And Good luck!

Very comfortable. It helps to keep my shoulders back and improves my posture. I hurt my back years ago and I needed something to help me with my posture. This does the trick and keeps me from slouching.

I slipped a disc right between my shoulder blades years ago. Now a nerve gets pinched and causes shooting pains down my arm. Exercises and stretches help, but I needed something extra. I am so glad I found this. I often wake up with back pain and have to move several times to try and relieve the pain so I decided to try sleeping in it. I found that it really helped relieve the pain and I slept like a baby. I also felt a lot of tingling at first as it relieved the pressure on my pinched nerve.I'm a petite woman with 36 in ribcage and the small-medium fits perfectly.

J'ai dû le retourné car j'avais commandé trop petit, allant jusqu'à 36. J'aurais commander 36 et plus, je dois le recommander. excellent rapport qualité/prix.

I love the support the plastic padded thing provides while pushing my shoulders back. If too tight and you got a bit of a belly, the straps in the front can be a bit uncomfortable after 15mins but you shouldn’t be using this more than 30mins anyways. So Its okay. You need to let your shoulder start taking the weight and get stronger rather than continously relying on this. This was approved by my physio. Used it after neck problems - Really happy with it

J'ai passé commande il y a plus d'une semaine et j'en suis déjà satisfaite !Les sangles réglables s'adaptent forcément à la carure et le maintien est optimal. On sent la différence dès la première utilisation. Très utile pour les douleurs de dos, je recommande !

The purpose of using this item is to have a straight back & not slouch, I don’t have a back pain but am not sitting up straight. Have only used it a few days so perhaps it’s too early to review the item

The brace itself is fine, although the straps chafe where they come over the shoulders and around the underarms. Wear a t-shirt underneath, one with sleeves that completely cover your upper arms and shoulders.The product comes in five variants, each designed for a specific area of your back. You need to be able to select the right type, based on where your pain is located. This is not described here, and there are no means to select the one you need.Until Amazon puts this on the product page, I would not recommend this product.Please note that this is not a criticism of the product itself;in fact, I'd say that the design is really good, and the overall quality is great. If I could have selected the right type, I'd have been very happy with it.
