Great for Milk supply boost
I bhought this along with fenugreek capsules and it actually increased my milk supply from barely 10 ml to 30-40ml in 2 days time. Very good product.

Using this for breastfeeding
I was really sceptical when my lactation consultant recommended this for improving my milk supply, but just kept taking it because I’d obviously do anything to get more milk for my baby. I was taking it for 2 months and then stopped for a few days while I was waiting for another delivery and my supply actually reduced. Not sure if it was just a coincidence, but I will continue taking this.

Brilliant for female hormones
My doctor recommended this for severe PMS depression & anxiety/PMDD. It’s helped massively within the first week & I’ve been taking for for over 6months. It saved my sanity & prevented me from going down the antidepressant route. Hope this helps others too!

Amazing product for lactating women
Really good if you are struggling with feeding ur baby. Use immediately after birth. One of the most effective supplements. Was recimemeded by my lactation consultant and it work very well for us.
