Looks good and sounds great
The media could not be loaded. Easy install and sounds good, don’t see a performance increase tho since the ecoboosts stock intake is the best you could have. I wish there were a few more inches of weather stripping. (Small intake cone in video is not included)

Great success adding K&N INTAKE
Fantastic sound and received every bit of the extra horse power from adding the K&N intake!!!

2018 eco boost sounds great
I guess if you know what your day would be an easy quick job took me about 1.5 hours, definitely gives it a defined turbo sound. Have not received better mileage but I do feel it being a little bit quicker. I’d buy again

Works nice with a few other intake/exhaust mods
The intake allows for a little more turbo noise, more so with an aftermarket BOV and intercooler hoses. No noticeable performance or mileage increase/decrease. The car is a 2021 Mustang Ecoboost.

Mustang 2.3 ecoboost draws colder air with sock intake
This has a higher air flow than the OEM air intake, but it definitely does not pull in cold air. The air that enters this K&N intake takes hot engine air from the engine bay. It does have a heat shield, but this does not keep hot air away from the cone filter. The OEM air intake has an enclosed tube that feeds cold air directly from the grille of the mustang. This K&N intake is pretty much all open and that's where it lacks. I can feel more power with the K&N intake when ambient temperatures are in the low 20's to 30 degrees F. On warmer days, it actually feels like my power is lower because the air coming in is actually very hot. I payed very close attention to the air intake temperature sensor and compared temps with stock vs K&N. With the K&N, I was seeing intake temps up to 50 and even 60 degrees F HIGHER than the ambient temperature outside because the air is drawn directly from the engine bay. The K&N does make a little more power on very cold days and does enhance the sound of the turbo. Overall, I prefer the stock air intake because of its ability to pull colder air from the bumper grille. I reinstalled the stock intake and will keep it on instead of the K&N. There is a Roush that also has a high air flow, but is completely enclosed and pulls cold air from the grille, but it costs $100-$150 more than the K&N. There are also a couple other brands that are enclosed avoiding sucking hot engine bay air.

Does not work properly..
This cold air intake has good quality and fits properly but it does not function properly. It causes a thump or thud noise in engine or somewhere. Could not determine where it was coming from. I guess it created too much air and messed up air/fuel mix. Not good for a turbo engine I guess.
