Cheesy. Not Very Well Done.
Well, they don't crack and the gifts inside are cheesy, cheap items. No blow tickler, etc. I wish I'd spent more or made my own. The hats are really disappointing.

They don’t pop
False advertising. They don’t pop at all. Spent $50 on 2 boxes of wrapped tubes with BS inside. The kids want the pop and these don’t pop. Complete waste of money.
