Great product!
This was exactly what I needed. I have been pressing my tofu between plates, etc. This works really well. I don't use the springs since they limit how much I can press the tofu. It works fine without them. I am not sure what the point of the cap nuts are. I don't use them either. The little cheese knives are cute!

Tofu press
I have used this press several times. It’s easy to use and makes my tofu the perfect consistency for air frying.I like that it has a little reservoir to capture the liquid you are squeezing out. Heads up, you need to keep an eye on it and periodically dump the water. Easy process.

Beautiful and sturdy set!
I really like this tofu press, it is very sturdy and made of bamboo. It looks beautiful and compliments my kitchen. Best part is, I don't have to worry about chemical leaching into my tofu. Did you know that every piece of plastic made still exists as recycled or non-biodegradable waste on our planet? I also use the tofu press for other things; its very multifunctional. I also love the knife set!!! It’s icing on the cake! The shipment was super fast. I received it the next day IIRC.

Very useful Tofu press
I did not think I needed a tofu press until I had a tofu press. I love it! It works wonderfully! I'm amazed at how much water this presses out of the tofu in 10-15 minutes. Highly recomended.

I wanted to love it :(
I think the wood aesthetic is wonderful - would look so nice and pretty in my kitchen! And unfortunately, the aesthetic is what drew me to pay a little more for this one rather than a plastic one. But every time we used this tofu press, one of the springs on the screw would get stuck in the wood and it would take forever to fix it. It's consistently breaking every time we make tofu (and doesn't really squeeze much water out of the tofu anyway) so I'm gonna just throw it out and get a plastic one. Sad sigh.
