Not suitable for this UK user. American named products listed in ingredients coupled with zero photo illustrations to all recipes made this book largely unusable.

I wasn't looking for a recipe book, just want cooking times for various items.Cooking a complete meal in an air fryer is not a practical answer to most peoples questions.We need timings, temperatures and methods for items of food that we would otherwise grill of fry:eg: time and temp for bacon, pork chop, burger, chips, chicken portions, battered fish, etc etc

A good cook book with quite a few good recipes in it. Only downfall is that the temperatures are not listed in c so have to convert and then write c temp along side.

Expected measurements to be UK and recipes to be a bit more adventurous - great for a student when they go back to UNI but I would also get them the accessories kit that goes with Air Fryers and they will never starve.Some good ideas of things to make......enjoy........

There are American cup sizes in the recipes, but in the front of the book you get an approximate timing for different foods which I found very helpful. We like pretty standard recipes so have not used any of the recipes in the book yet, though there are some nice sounding ones. I would recommend this book if you have only just bought your Air Fryer.
