I love this accupressure mat. I use it everyday. It has helped my back tremendously. It relaxes me but yet gives me energy after I get off it. I lay on it for 45+ minutes at a time. I do wish the spikes were sharper, I seem immune to the initial pain already. This is a good value, I bought the used in like new condition and it came in the original box and packaging. Never opened! Very pleased with this purchase.

I'm very happy with this mat. I was deciding between the prana mat and this 'knock off'. I figured I'd try it out first and spend a fraction of the price on this one. It's now a daily ritual. I lay to clear my head in the afternoon and again before bed- I've even fell asleep on it! It helps with inflammation and sets you up for a restful nights sleep.
