Slightly out of shape
Not sure if I got a lemon or storage product stress but the sandals are not straight. They are turned in at the front. Still comfortable since mine was a bit loose as they seem to run a little large. Hoping they will straighten up with usage.

Shoehorn
I have size 9 Keen boots. They are perfect, so got size 9 sandals. They are the right size once I got them on. This is s a bit difficult because the back strap does not stretch. A shoe horn is the answer.Once on, they are very comfy and well made. I would not change them for a bigger size.
