Really good quality, am not sure about some bad reviews I read before, not sure if the guys got something else different than mine, but the one I got is amazing. Installing it was super easy, everything is marked and in its place. the best part for me which i like that it is silent. I use it everyday while watching TV and no one from the family is bothered with any noise, which was the case with an old one I had before. I really advise you all to get one if you still looking. Product is worth in the price range and its good for home use. All the Parts are Strong and solid. Even the plastics are of good Quality. Metal parts including the nuts and bolts felt heavy and its strong to hold your weight. Assembling the product is not much of an issue, there is official video available in youtube. All the parts including the nuts and bolts are marked properly to help you assemble the product. All the tools required for the assembly is available in the package. Just need to be patient and assemble as directed in video. Make sure to reduce the tension control to 1 when assembling the tension cable. Also, make sure to tighten the screws and nuts to maximum so there won’t be any creaky sounds. Better to place the product in carpet as on tile or other glosy surfaces it may move when you work out. Received the product in a very safe and quality packaging.

The product is the best u can get with this money. It's very important to mount it properly and immediately check if there is difference from 8 level. For us there was no difference duebto wrong installation.

Product came with a manufacturing defect, left-side screw couldn’t not be fixed ( not a match with the designated hole). Seems this is a common issue as similar problem was raised by other customers. I requested a replacement but never received, after chatting with customer care rep I was informed that the shipment was not confirmed due to a “glitch” in the system! I decided to get a full refund as delivery date couldn’t be confirmed after 5 days, I was hoping to buy “again” but the price went up by over 15% at the time of this review.

does the Job but requires constant tightening of the bolts and screws otherwise it squeaks. the tension cable / setting does not do anything (I installed the wired correctly, FYI)

Loved the design and does not put strain on your body while doing workout.

I am using it almost daily for the past month It started to creak a little, otherwise very silent the range of motion feels quite short for both arms and legs compared to a more professional machine.

i am not happy with the product as it looks fine but the vertical part engagement to the horizontal part is not get connected and hence we have even used it .

I got this yesterday and only have on session in, so I can't really rate this on longevity, but so far, so good! It's much sturdier than expected given the cheap price. You do get what you paid for, do not expect anything gym quality, but it does the trick for me. It doesn't take much space, it doesn't make any sound, it took a couple of hours to assemble by myself. I'm used to assembling and doing things on my own, so that helped, as well as one particular review I have read about that particular step in the assembly which was supposed to be a pain. Here is the tip (it really should be mentioned in the instructions), maybe it could help you too! It was not the easiest step (hooking the tension cable), but if you loosen the bolt and the C-shaped clamp, it helps a lot! You just have to retighten them after. It's not hard in a sense that it doesn't take strength, but it's a bit tricky.
