I’ve been using these for years- they last and solve my knee discomfort.

I wear a women’s 7.5 in running shoes. As I increased the intensity of my cardio and started to work more running in, I started to develop Achilles tendinitis. As many high arch sufferers do, I overpronate my ankles which caused additional stress on my achilles. I started to wear compression/support ankle braces, which corrected my ankles but then I was getting arch fatigue which was the beginning of plantar fasciatis. Finding a good high arch support insole is hard and custom ones are pretty pricy so I wanted to try these out. The arch height is great, but I found that it started a little before my arch and was pushing in my heel a little. I even tried trimming the toe area a bit but that didn’t help much. All in all, if these fit your arch and are in the right place, they’re great. I’ll probably continue my search or purchase a larger pair and trim the toes down to see if that changes where the arch hits on my foot.

I already own this insole and have worn them in tennis shoes for years. Note the only thing worn is the coloring and it’s because I wear them daily and walk anywhere from 1.5 miles to 3 miles at least 4-5 days a week. Alit of wear and the only reason I bought another pair is to put the new ones in my new shoes.

OMG, these are the perfect insoles for my shoes/feet. I'm on my feet 8-13 hrs per day. When I first started to wear these I had some sore spots on my feet. My feet were adapting to the insoles. Today on my way home, I realized that my feet haven't hurt like crazy for the past two weeks....I love these insoles and have highly recommended them. I will definitely repurchase these.My one complaint is they make my feet stink. I have extremely sweaty feet...so it really didn't come as a surprise. I'm still very happy with the fact that I don't have foot pain. Editing my original post: I've been wearing these for several months now; I've developed a callus on the outer side of each heal on both feet. (I use a pumis stone to keep it under control). It's not a problem for me but might be for someone with health issues. I still love these insoles and will continue to purchase & recommend them to others.

These are exactly what I needed for relief. I have narrow, rigid feet with very high arches and these made walking a breeze. I did not need any adjustment time, after the first day I was no longer in pain! Every insole I've tried over the years that claimed to have "arch support" was never high enough for me. I would end up adding arch pads to insoles and then everything falls apart or slides around after a while. After years of seeing podiatrists and surgeries, I know how to tape up my foot with padding and would do so if I was going to be on my feet all day, but now I am so happy that I no longer have to rig up an insole for relief! Yes, the plastic bottoms squeaked against the inside of my boot but I took sand paper and scuffed it up a bit...no more squeak. Will buy these again and again!
