Modern Masonry: Brick, Block, Stone

I wish I would have bought this book in the beginning instead of 5+ other self help books that each had their own style. This books gives you everything you need to know and more.

While there is some good information in this book, I was surprised there were so many mistakes and wrong information as well (especially after so many editions, you'd think they'd catch the mistakes by now; but no, apparently not.?.). It obviously was not written by a masonry expert, but by hearsay (which means some of it's true and some of it's not).. The real value of this book is about one third what you have to pay for it.
