I would recommend this company, and have, to family and friends. This item was at the top of my daughter's dream list. She eagerly awaited it's arrival, only to be disappointed that the item was lost during shipping; this was NO fault of the seller. Once I notified the seller, a replacement item arrived within 2 days - exactly as my daughter expected. The item was pristine, she was elated. I can't laud this company enough. Again, they get a 7 rating on a scale of 5. Cheers to people, like this company, that make little girls dreams come true.

He’s adorable! I love the amount of detail put into this doll. He’s got a tan complexion and it’s wonderful! Andre’s clothes feel like the same fabric and texture they use for windbreakers. His lil boots have painted on details and they’ve got these molded on details (laces and stitching) and his socks even look like penguins! Fair warning, the hood on his jacket is just for decoration sadly, but the Pom Pom on his hat is just darling! I’d say he would be a great gift for the winter!Scarf’s not included! I just made him a tiny scarf out of yarn for fun!

So well made. The legs are flexible. The clothes are easy to put on, unlike so many others out there. Each one is unique.

The box has a picture of a mermaid. Unless you read this listing carefully, you may think you have received the wrong doll. We ended up doing a replacement and thought it was still the wrong one until we learned that the little sticker on the box tells you which doll you're actually getting. I'd give it 4-5 stars on product quality, cause it is a pretty neat doll, but the packaging caused us a lot of confusion since we weren't "in the know" about the stickers.
