Great Charging Cable
I lost my original charging cable to recharge the "Garmin Nuvi 2797. When I received this cable I thought it didn't fit, but I noticed there are two connectors on the back...........one on the bottom edge next to the memory card is for this external charging port. The other, if you have the GPS add on, is the connecting plug for in car use. The two connectors are different sizes. This cable fits the bottom edge connector only for charging while in your house.

Exceptional product!
I purchased this cable because I could not get other generic cables to work at charging and updating my Garmin GPS. I figured a cable is a cable. I was wrong. This cable works when others do not. I have recommended this to all mt friends and family that have Garmin GPS units. I am most pleased and the price is great.
