Not harsh on hair.
It is a good hairdryer with a wide range of attachments available. These are helpful in styling and the hairdryer itself is easy on my hair and doesn’t dry it out and spoil the texture of it. However it’s pricy at 2k+

Not very impressed with the delivery
I ordered this product yesterday and it says the packaging comes with a matt to place the machine when hot but my box didn’t have any mat. It makes me think this box was opened and it’s a used machine?
