Garden Of Life Raw Organic Protein Plant Formula, Chocolate

This is my second order. First was chocolate flavor, then vanilla flavor, I have the same feedback for both. Both are good. Sweetness is very slight compared to other protein brand, which makes me love this. Its soft to the taste. Light for the stomach, I have a sensetive gut, but this protein does not give me bloating. I would recommend this.

My favorite protein powder. Zero horrible sweeteners and flavorings, and mixes in very nicely with overnight oats.

But not nasty at all. The chocolate one is better

Terrible taste . I cant even describe it . Impossible to drink without adding so much extra calories to make it edible.

I drink this from time to time as my body needs more protein due to pregnancy. I don't like the taste so I just mixed it with soy milk and drink it all quickly at the breakfast time.

The taste is very good but it has a chalky texture.

The best protein out there. Natural, organic- everything is perfect about it from A to Z. It is super creamy and super smooth even with water. I have it with water once a day and it's incredible. Taste Wise- It tastes Nutty and not sweet at all, which is amazing in a protein shake as I had enough of sweetened products. This is all natural, natural tasting- its absolutely beautiful. I am great fan!

Can't say enough good things about this protein powder. I've been using the unflavored, unsweetened version for years and will never switch to another. The flavor is so neutral/pleasant that I can even drink it mixed into just water alone. Doesn't require flavor to make it palatable or disguise anything. I put it into a tumbler with a mixer ball and vigorously shake, and it dissolves easily. If you like flavor though it will mix easily into anything you want. I've dissolved it into almond milk and oat milk as well, including adding chocolate syrup for fun. It's versatile. Comes with the scoop as well of course. (figured that would be obvious but apparently there are various powdered supplements that don't provide one. who knew.) It's a high quality product and alleviates hunger and gives me energy every time I drink it. Never had any negative reactions to speak of.

Great product. This is my preferred choice of protein. I have been using this for some time now and I do notice I recover much quicker from training when I take this. I love the ingredients in this product and as I am not a fan of animal based protein products this ticks all my boxes. The new formula is not grainy but it does froth up a bit more. I often just mix with water and its fine in texture and taste. I only wish it came in a bigger economy pack. As it doesn't have any artifical sweetners or added sugars you may not find it as sweet as some of those other products on the market but for me the content is more important so it doesn't bother me. Arguably the best vegan protein powder on the market. Only downside is serving's have reduced while price hasn't and sometimes it goes up too high in price to be economical. When that happens I have to buy sun warrior or bulk powders vegan protein, but garden of life plant based protein is my number 1 without a doubt

I was looking for a lower cost replacement for Shakeology and this definitely does not fit the bill. Extremely gritty & chalky and not much flavour (I barely could taste any chocolate flavour & would sometimes add natural cacao to boost the flavour). I usually add almond milk, kale, fruit, a bit of peanut butter and ice to my protein smoothies and no matter what I added, it did not improve the flavour of this protein powder. It also was not filling enough to use as a meal replacement, even with adding all of the above. Even blending it for over a minute in my Vitamix did not take away the chalkiness. With only 2-3 more scoops left in the container, I finally discovered that blending it with a frozen banana improves the texture. I was overall very disappointed in this product and would not buy it again. I plan to go back to Metagenics UltraMeal as my protein supplement.
