I am a bit of a critic when purchasing vitamins and such off of amazon. A co-worker recommended this multivitamin. When comparing this gummy to others, I noticed the amount of vitamins, minerals, and veggie/fruit blends in this vitamin was incomparable. This gummy has really improved my energy levels and state of being. I am in my mid 20's but work night shift, therefore I feel tired all the time. I have been taking this multivitamin meticulously for the past 2 months and have notified a definite improvement! I feel more energized for my activities of daily living and I am able to stay awake for movies and other activities which I was unable to do before. I only take one star off for the taste, in comparison to the vitamites.

My dr. recommended these to me, specifically in the gummy formula. I am not typically someone to buy gummies but she stated that they're better absorbed in this form. The taste is not terrible. I have now switched my whole family over to this brand. They appear to have good levels and I appreciate that they have fruits and vegetables in them. We typically eat a fairly balanced diet. I do think these may have helped my energy levels and with cravings but I can't with 100% certainty say that it's because of the vitamins.

These are good as far as being vegan, gluten free, and having good nutritional value. However, the taste- leaves something to be desired. They aren't horrible in taste. The taste is something like a sour cherry with an aftertaste. I like the Alive brand Calcium chews- they tastes amazing, and I would hope this brand does the same for their gummy multivits!

Quite frankly, I've never noticed that ANY multivitamins make a difference in my energy levels, complexion, hair/nails, etc. but I take them anyway because my doctor tells me to and I guess I'm conditioned to obey authority. That having been said, I've ordered these multivitamins twice now from Amazon. The first time, in July, they were perfectly unremarkable. Not bad, not amazing. Just, you know, vitamins. Maybe it's worth noting that they didn't taste as candy-like as other chewables, so if you're expecting vitamins that taste like gummi bears, this ain't it. (I think it's because they're made with pectin instead of gelatin, because vegans.) However, the second time I bought Alive Womens Multivitamins (just last week), the safety seal was torn wide open and the vitamins inside looked completely different from the ones I'd received in July. Welcome to Sketchville USA, population Alive Multivitamins. Now MAYBE the manufacturer changed the color/shape of the vitamins and MAYBE the seal was opened completely by accident during bottling or shipping, but I don't take chances with stuff that appears to be tampered with. Bye Felicia. I might buy these again from a pharmacy but will NOT be ordering again through Preferred Mart/Amazon. (For the record, I contacted Amazon about this and they were very prompt about giving me a full refund, without making me send back the suspicious vitamins. A+ gold star to Amazon customer service.)
