Good vitamins with a purpose!
I was looking for zinc vitamins to support my vision ( a lot of hours on the laptop) and choose this one since they are vegan, without sugar and I love the possibility to help someone via charity. The packaging is amazing, something I will also carry around and think it's cool to have. Recyclability is the cherry on the top!

Zinc is a great supplement that will help you all round which is something your body needs but is hard to get naturally through food*** Pro's ***- You get an entire years worth of zinc for a ridiculously cheap amount, the dosage of the zinc you get too is the perfect daily dose- The bottle is a great size, easy to open, and actually is one of the most aesthetically pleasing bottles I've ever seen- Just to reinforce what I was saying earlier, the price is ridiculously cheap for what you get, and the quality of what you get is from premium sources*** Con’s ***- I can't actually find anything wrong with this product, it's easy to swallow and doesn't leave a bad aftertasteIn conclusion this is a great product which provides countless health benefits, I'd highly recommend this one.

The only reason I've put 4 stars instead of 5 is that I've not been taking them long enough to give a proper review myself. But I did a lot of research and bought these on the strength of that. I researched really well, so I'm confident that these will do their job in boosting my immune system. We all very much need this at the moment.

Better sleep!
When paired with magnesium before bed i find i sleep better and feel nice and drowsy before dozing off. Ive used zinc and magnesium for years and added quercetin when this ol rona thing kicked off into hyperdrive. All the men reading this review..yes...yeas it does, lots more.i typically split these pills between 2 days because i'm getting a fair amount of zinc through my diet. You are doing yourself a disservice if you don't atl east pair these up with some Mg.

Feels healthier, more energy.
This product was purchased for a 50 year old man who needed a health boost. He said he can feel the benefit. He is feeling less tired, more eager to stay awake and not have an afternoon nap. Good product.
