Better than expected. Beautiful pans, superb quality and a delight to cook with.

This was so good, after a few months I bought another. Reasoning that one day it would fail, I would eventually want another. I get through frying pans at a rate of knots. This is still going.

I've always loved Blue Diamond pans. Top quality!

Useless on induction. Everything sticks even with plenty of oil. Heat distribution is very poor.

Awful pans, cold spots, non stick lasts about 2 weeks if you're lucky.. the amount of wasted food I have had due to these things is shocking. I tried reseasoning but these things ended up thrown in a fit of rage on the garden one by one after a frustrating experience watching my eggs/meat/everything stick and end up wasted and burnt.I'd never but from this company again and I recommend others stay away too. If you cook more than one meal a week these things will not serve you at all..

As title says, started all good on induction hob, but only half a year later started to stick like crazy

The first time I used this pan, the food didn't stick. Since then, the food sticks all the time. It is also hard to clean the food that has stuck, off the pan, particularly scrambled eggs.

Don't buy these pans if want something that will last more than a couple of months. I have had them for 3 months - I have washed by hand and used only plastic utensils - but both the pans now stick even with a lot of oil. They are rubbish and I'm asking for a refund.

Best pan i ever had. Heavy and for now the coating seem very durable. Time will tell the durability.

Estoy usando esta sartén alrededor de tres meses!Mi resumen: Es ideal (al menos para mí 😁)!Lo elegí por las siguientes razones:1.Es 💯 de acero inoxidable, y NO tiene ninguna capa de aluminio.2.No tiene Teflon, ni cobertura antiadherente.3.Tiene la cobertura de cerámica.Cumplió todas mis expectativas.Quiero decir que se puede freír con esa sartén sin aceite.Me encanta el arroz, ragú de vegetales, y las hojuelas los que preparo con esa sartén.Es súper facilísimo de limpiarlo: agua tibia, esponja (sin parte que raya) y un poquito de jabón (si quieres limpiarlo a 💯), ni siquiera hay que tallarlo, todo se quita por si solo y bien rápido.Después de esa sartén me compré kit de las mismas 😁🙏☺️Lo recomiendo ampliamente!

I've been using it twice a day for over a week and this is a great pan. Nothing sticks to it, cleaning it is a simple wipe with a paper towel and a quick rinse. It feels like a pan should. To work properly a pan needs mass. This has it and the multi ply metal goes all the way to the rim. All my other "unscratchable' pans had fine scratches within a few days, this one still looks like the day it was delivered! I've already bought another one (larger). I don't know if it is the diamond dust in the coating but it works. A bit expensive but quality always is. Get one of these, you won't regret it!

It is an excellent frypan. I like the way it can go from stove to oven. The easiest ever to clean up.
