The media could not be loaded. This little air pump is great. Visually it really adds to my tank set up but more importantly I feel my fish will benefit from the extra oxygen it will bring to their tank, the main reason I got it. It’s super easy to put together & set up. My only negative point is the check valve wouldn’t work. When connected nothing happened. Once removed bubbles galore! I would have preferred this as a safety feature but have located the pump above the tank on the side of my gloss kitchen unit so happy with that. (Can be seen on video top left) I would like to offer some advice for others who might have a lot of NOISE coming from their stone. Initially I had. Thought overall I had a faulty one. Was trying to decide if I could live with it or return. Then did a water change. Purely by accident the lower tubing with air stone came off the sucker holding it to the glass tank side. As it moved freely into more open water there was sudden silence! Couldn’t believe it! Something so simple! I had used the suckers to keep tubing in place down back wall but obviously that held the stone too close. Now I have two suckers holding tube at top of tank & the rest is free. That’s all it took. Hope this helps someone else who might have noise & think it’s either faulty or no good. It really is brilliant! Planning on getting another for a separate tank. Highly recommend.

Read the reviews before purchase for several small air pumps and this one caught my eye with design and price. Easy to set up, easy to fit and produces plenty of little bubbles for my small tank (30ltrs). Cant hear the pump at all, just the bubbles. Fits to the side of the tank with a small suction cup (which perhaps absorbs some of the vibration and helps reduce noise), one way valve included and enough lead and tube for the purpose. Only time will tell on the longevity but initial impression is very good.

I loved this item and so did my small aquarium, in fact my fish are breeding since it's arrival. It's quiet and the streams of bubbles vibrant and fun to watch. However the tubes to the motor sometimes pop off so you have to check there attachetched. I would buy again but an Improvement would be sealed tubes to bubble motor.

Provides good amount of air for my 64 litres aquarium, there are two places where you attach it together and it keeps falling apart, which is dangerous, but once I managed to solve it, just keeping an eye on it, buy didn't come apart for 2 weeks. Every 2 weeks I push it together tightly again. Had it for a couple of months now, we'll see how long it will actually last. Not too noisy, quite pleasant.

The media could not be loaded. My fish are so much happier with this in tank. Brought oxygen levels up and who would have thought that fish show their personalities by swimming with the bubbles. Almost like play. My fish are much happier with this and i would highly recommend anyone with fish to get one. Easy to install and you can cut it to size if needs. I didnt bother as im happy with this and want the length for when i upgrade to a bigger tank later.

This pump seemed a dream at first it is indeed silent the output was great and was a doddle to install even came with handy suction cup clips for pipe. But just after a short period of 3 weeks it seems to be giving up. With the air output seeming to be reduced somewhat! All components checked including the non return valve so it must be the motor :(

Does exactly what it says, small, quiet, discrete. Not very powerful but certainly good enough for a small tank. After just 5 months it started to get noisy, now no air bubbles at all. The electrics are fine, I can hear it running, but something inside has obviously broken and you can't open it to look. I always used the one-way valve and water has never got into it. If you want a product that lasts - this isn't it : (
