Absolutely love this weight loss belt! Its so sturdy. It doesn't move. Its definitely a quality belt. It helps me work up a sweat in my mid section during my runs which is a huge deal for me because I'm constantly trying to maintain a flat tummy despite all the bloating that comes with being a woman. I liked having it.
It did make me sweat but I don’t think I look any different. On top of that the fabric broke separate from the Velcro so it is no longer usable. It’s been almost a year so it is a good buy if you use it everyday.
