More of a sky blue than teal, but perfect otherwise
I think it should be noted that the color is more of a sky blue than a teal, meaning it's lighter and bluer than the photo but it really is perfect. It's snug, doesn't give too much and not rigid either. It provides a grip but it doesn't get stuck on things either. Jut the right amount of protection without adding too much to the profile.

Great coverage for Samsung T7 drive - but no hole for the activity light
This silicone cover works perfectly for the Samsung T7 SSD. It fits nicely and will not fall off.My only complaint... No hole for the activity light / status light. I use this drive in my Tesla Y and when I open the glove box, I cannot tell if the drive is on or not or if the drive needs to be unplugged. (When the drive is not responding the activity light will flash repeatably). Right now I can no longer tell if this is happening because there is no hole for the light to shine out from.I hope revision 2 of this design includes a hole so users can see the activity light.

Does what it should
I just keep my SSD drive on my desk behind my office computer, so this was just an impulse buy for me. But I like it nonetheless. It keeps the little drive from sliding around or maybe getting knocked off the desk, and if you carry your drive around with you, this would keep it from rattling around in a briefcase or falling out of your pocket or sustaining damage if it hits the floor on its edge. If you’ve already dropped a hundred bucks on this little SSD, what the hell… live a little and buy this too. You might be really glad you did…

Exactly what I needed
The Samsung T7 is smooth thus it is very slippery. This bumper/sleeve has made a world of difference. Before, my drive would slip and slide with the slightest motion (I'd dropped it a couple of times because of this) and this has completely remedied that. As someone else mentioned, you can't see the LED status light but I plan to use a hole puncher to try and cut a hole... will update with how that works out. Overall, very pleased with this bumper. Also, it still fits in the protective travel case.

A Great Little Bumper Case
My Samsung t7 is a great companion, but I didn't enjoy the way it would scrape against my Macbook - metal on metal is not the best. This simple bumper was easy to put on, allows the drive to breathe, and matches the color of my red drive well. It would be nice if it had a hole in the corner for a tether but I could add one if I really wanted. I'd buy this case again.
