Good recipe book
Good book when you want to cut carbs

good reference, but indexing could be made easier to use...
I do own several of Mr. Stella's book. I have tried more than a few of his recipes. As any book or recipe, I use it as a guide only, never, in my opinion, written in stone! He has all the recipes by the type of meal he thinks it should fit in, breakfast, lunch, dinner, appetizers, deserts, which is fine, but the ONLY reason I gave this book 4 stars is if you want to find a recipe you were interested in later, it is hard to find unless you recall what section he had it categorized in, and exactly what he called it. Indexing by ingredient would be helpful. this is still a very good book, as the others of his I have seen, but could be made easier to use.

Calories listed may not be exact
I like the recipes since I'm good cooking with low GI but had to learn cooking with low net carbs. That's a totally different ball game and this book is a winner.When I compared the calories from the book with my app (MyNetDiary), I was a bit baffled. For example, the Salsbury Steak Marsala has 460 cal. in the book, but when I entered the recipe on the app. the serving came up as 656 cal.That's quite a difference, for this recipe over 42% more cal. So, I'm not quite sure who's right? But, now I feel like I may need to double check all recipes.

Great for the whole family when dieting
These are such common Sense everyday kind of recipes that are also make you feel really well cared for and healthy. I especially love his dessert recipes which are the one thing that I usually miss when I'm dieting.

Great for Keto!
Great, easy to follow recipes. I consider myself a moderately skilled cook and I've been able to make many recipes from this book with no problems. Love that they all include nutrition info and make a keto or low-carb diet a little more delicious and varied.

Pleasantly Surprised
I just received this cookbook in addition to The Complete Low-Carb Cookbook (Best of the Best) by George Stella and they both look great! The layout is really easy to read and follow and the recipes use normal, everyday ingredients. I haven't prepared any of the recipes yet but am planning to begin tonight. I was impressed with the quality of the book itself. Plus, I love the fact that these recipes were actually created by and are currently used by the author and his family. The author included personal pictures and information about his own life and how much weight he and his family have lost; that part is very inspirational to me.

This cookbook is full of easy to prepare and very delicious recipes.All the ingredients needed can be found at our local grocery store.The only complaint I have is that I am lactose intolerant and most recipes require either cheese or cream and I have not yet discovered a suitable substitute.

Great cookbook. Recipes are so easy
Great cookbook. Recipes are so easy, don't take a lot of effort. I used a lot of the recipes and each one was successful and delicious. My own personal comment though about the sweetener is there is not a fake sweetener on the market that doesn't have some kind of aftertaste which alters the end result of the food.
