Premier Protein Premier Caramel High Protein Shake, 11 Fl Oz (Pack of 15)

I love these protein shakes! I think they taste amazing and keep me full :) they are perfect for on the go or if you are like me and I am hungry an hour into work and need a quick pick me up that I won't feel guilty about later :) I drink mine cold and sometimes as a snack or meal replacement before the gym or if I am on the go! No stomach ache, no chalky residue after, and smooth texture :)

We absolutely love this flavor. The caramel is nice rich flavor without too much sweetness. I also get these for my son who is vegetarian but drinks milk products so the whey works nicely for him. He loves them and says the biotin in them has made his nails stronger. They are thick enough to not be watery. I’ve also used this flavor with my mom who has a problem with swallowing foods. This has been a great help keeping her weight stable while also getting her the 30 grams of protein that she really needs.

Love - good protein content and overall nutrition. The caramel flavor is so good mixed into my morning coffee for a treat!

Great taste, and makes a fine coffee creamer as well, so you can avoid calories or fat in your creamer/sweetner.

I like that these have 30 grams of protein and I really feel full after consuming it. The peanut butter chocolate is my favorite.
