I was used to swallowing of vitamin c tablet along with water but now as this supplement comes in chewable form I can have it anytime in a day. its much easier to have this tablet during working or traveling. tastes good, not like a medicine but more like a toffee :) BTW plz read benefits of Vit C you'l start having these tabs everyday.

I usually can't take Vitamin C tablets, but I gave these a try. I was pleasantly surprised. I've been taking these tablets for a few days now and I've had no stomach issues. I really like the assentia products since they don't have all the other additional junk I don't want. I'm glad I can take these and don't have to look for another brand.

Best vitamin c supplement I’ve ever tried. Plus it has rose-hips extract another source of vitamin c. Tablets are larger than expected but not a deal breaker due to the smooth nature of the tab. Easy to chew and an added bonus it literally brightens and helps clear the skin! I couldn’t believe it! So glad to have discovered this quality brand.

This is an great chewable vitamin c tablets. I was worried they might taste bad because they said there are no added flavors, but they have the usual orange and mango flavor and they are great. I eat one every morning it is good for your immune system and I recommend them.
