Great Support
I have been taking two Pukka Herbs Menopause Serenity capsules alongside prescribed HRT for a few months with great effect. I was really struggling with hot flushes, chills, and sleepless nights. My symptoms are a great deal better, which I truly believe is partly due to this product.The only thing I don’t like is the size of the capsules. They are quite big and the odour can be off -putting. I feel that the result outweighs these things though.

Doubtful
Yeh got this for my moods, hot flushes etc as I didn't want to go on HRT. Yeh don't think it's as good as people think it is, but it is early days. Going to carry on for another 2 months and by then I would of had 3mths worth to see if there is any real affect.

I noticed a difference within a month
I have been taking these for over a month now, I have noticed a significant reduction in night sweats and irritability. I seem to wake every two hours instead of every hour. The downside is they smell horrible and have a bit of a powdery residue on them that doesn’t taste good.

A few weeks and they work
If you’re suffering various peri menopause symptoms these are worth a try. I have taken one capsule a day and in week 6/7 my flushes just went away both day and night. I’m sleeping through the night again, didn’t appreciate how much I was waking up. I’ve always been such a good sleeper and it was taking its toll, I’m calmer overall. I do feel like I could nap any time of the day if I’m not busy and wonder if one capsule every other day may work to alleviate this but this is the only observation on the negative side. I am so pleased with the results and the price on Amazon is considerably lower than other health stores.

They WORK for me!!
I know everyone is different but these REALLY work for me. After a few weeks of taking these tablets I went from at least 10 hot flashes a day to nearly none.Not cheap but worth every penny!!!
