Heavenly Harp Rose of Sharon
The package arrived in good condition and on time.It was part of a 27th wedding Anniversary present for my wife. But it had some cosmetic issues. And it was well over the 1 month return policy. So I called Amazon who created a ticket. But I really felt like it wasn't going to go anywhere with them because they go by policy nothing else. So I located the seller and gave him a call.He was very understanding and after sending him some pics he took my address and within 3 days I had a new Harp at my door.It is an amazing work of art and sounds wonderful. He really gave me hope for humanity.I was treated with compassion and care.I have never had a better experience with a seller before. I would give this Item and the seller 10 stars if I could. And I will definitely be buying from this seller again.

Incorrectly strung
This harp arrived completely out of tune, with one string too short and improperly knotted so that it kept coming loose from the lever, two blue F strings that were so faded it was difficult to see, and most importantly incorrectly strung with a blue F string next to a red C string.Returning it.

Beautifully crafted. Excellent quality for the price. Met all the requirements of the harp instructor.

This is a great starter harp
My daughter has played on this harp for many years. We are getting ready to move her to a full size troubador. But for the money I think this is a nice starter harp for a child. She started playing when she was 6 or 7. The only problem I have with it is if you need to use the levers, they are not always consistently a half step. I've had to tune and retune and fiddle with them to get them to work and each one is different. that makes it difficult to keep your harp tuned with flats and then get it back to natural quickly. But if you are not doing a lot of that and are keeping it natural then it's a great harp. But remember, if you are starting your child on harp, save LOTS OF MONEY to buy them a real one because they can't play on this forever. These are not performance harps. This is a practice harp. Performance harps are anywhere from $4,000 to $50,000 so be prepared.

Not a viable instrument only good for display
Iām very disappointed in the quality and craftsmanship of this harp. Several of the levers are locked up and do not work. Some are attached crooked and unevenly spaced. If you are at all interested in a instrument that you can play, this is not it. I bought this for a present for my wife to learn on and learnedat her first lesson that we needed to find something else for the reasons Iāve mentioned along with other issues. Very disappointed.

Very bad product
This Irish Celtic harp is worthless. the tuning key was broken and was not the correct one for this harp.Low rated levers, it also took almost a week and 1/2 to receive it. Tracking it was very bad also.It comes from a company that sells boxing and mixed martial arts equipment.I would not recommend buying this product at all.
