Avaya 1416 Digital Deskphone or Avaya 1416 Digital Telephone

These were replacement phones. They arrived, brand new, the next business day. Out of the box, plug and play! I couldn't ask for anything easier.

I bought these because my telephone system provider charged me $100 more for each phone. These are brand new and were actually better than the ones my phone provider sold me because they still have the lettering under each button. The newer version of this phone only has the picture, some of which are very confusing for the end users. These have worked perfectly and are a great price!
