The DARKBEAM I ordered was the two-in-one 365nm and 395nm. The quality, at least of the writing of this review, is really good, especially for the amount I paid for it. The housing itself is pretty study, and becoming a standard, it seems - I've seen a few other torches, UV and not, that have the same one. Not a big issue though, it's good quality. This torch is BRIGHT. It may be common sense, but definitely do not let the beam go near any person's eyes, I'd definitely recommend UV protection glasses if you're using it for sustained periods of time. If you're just looking to find pet stains or whatever though, you'll probably be fine without one. The zoom function is overall very useful, though with the sheer brightness of the beam, I doubt you'll need to use it too often. Using the wider range beam is probably more useful for detection of fluids and stains etc. In conclusion, I found it's worth every cent of what I paid for it, but do be warned this isn't a dinky little torch. It's a tool, and should be respected.

Bought to use with UV Resin. It’s a handy torch to have but it’s not the most powerful so I’ve stuck to using a cheap UV nail curing lamp for most things and use this for the odd small bits.

Great, really bright.

We use this to keep our cat Cinnamon fit! The torch is good value, came well packaged, has an adjustable zoom and 2 different uv wavelength beams. Simple enough to use and fits nicely in your hand. The cat prefers the 395nm light and despite her weighty 6 kilos and 11 years experience will leap, prance and pounce like a kitten chasing the beam round our living room. Seriously, the vet said she had to lose some ounces so we reduced treats and bought this torch for exercising and it seems to have done the trick! Unsure if the torch finds urine stains because our cat is a refined lady with a secret loo outside...

The performance of this torch is beyond my expectations, as the light is quite strong, ans you can adjust the light beam as well. It feels very premium, a good weight, and quality. The money is being well spent! I have tested it on many places, like bathroom, and carpet, and it spotted dirt areas, and Urine spots easily, no need to put the torch closed to the area as the light is quite strong and powerful.

I can’t seem to see dog pee stains but I can see where my cat has been sick and where the dog has done a poo even after cleaning it up. Not sure how useful this will be for me tbh. But does make me feel kind of sick seeing all the stains that appear with the light. Creepy.

Nice hand sized torch that I use to check items I've marked. Seems good quality.
